• R&D Application design engineer dedicated for Porsche applications team, led and managed second own project, Porsche GTS 2R Turbocharger from concept to prototype phase, designing all related components to prototype stage, internally managed with components groups related components and coordinate technical requirements with customer and with supplier for related parts, coordinate FEA, TMF and modal analyses and evaluate the result for this analyses, set up materials and create BOM in PLM system. Call up meeting for design reviews
• Managed and led first own project for B4T 2,0 L boxer motor turbocharger, design tasks: Compressor housing, turbine housing, Turbocharger assembly, stack up analysis, part optimization ,drawings optimization using GD&T, proposing design solutions, creating BOM, coordinating with suppliers and customer technical requirements, coordinate FEA TMF, modal analyses. Responsible for all technical matters and lead of project to the serial production stage.
• Designed parts for Porsche Macan, 991 Top II compressor housings for various performance stages, all design performed in Catia V5R19 surface design using SAP as PLM
