Salesforce Administrator and Developer

Resolve user problems as they occur
Ensure data quality within the salesforce instance
Proactively look for feedback and improve users' experience
Work together with all business stakeholders in order to improve the workflow
Automate as much as you can
Work with our Product and Software team in order to improve our overall ecosystem
Document and maintain Salesforce changes
Create and maintain users, fields, rules, roles, profiles, sharing, page layouts, reports, workflow rules, processes and flows
Strong communication skills in 2nd level support and within cross-functional project teams
? Thorough understanding of object relations in Salesforce and demonstrated ability creating custom objects and custom fields in Salesforce.
Specify and monitor ETL processes
Hands on experience with Tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts
Understanding of Salesforce development (coding skills not required, we work with a development team)
Understanding business needs and translating these requirements into specifications used by external development
Strong project management skills and communication to 3rd parties
Experience working on Agile teams (Scrum)
Work closely with Scrum Master and other team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectives.
