● Assessment of "as is" scientific work processes in existing labs (QA/GAT, QC, Scale Up, R&D labs) in
TW, KR, CHN, JP, US and "to be" business architecture with R&D experts and business architects

● Creation of all global training material for two different softwares in collaboration with two external business consultants (Slides, How to Guides, new SharePoint pages, short videos, gifs etc.)
● Prioritizing product features and bugs with the dev. team: definition of MVPs, backlog management and prioritization of user stories for the development team (iOS and Android)
● Establishing strategies to ensure vendors from markets were able to deliver products during the pandemic.
○ Developing new interactive 3D-image features in GTMhub to help sales teams showcase their
products without the actual examples that could no longer be delivered due to shortages

We have developed during one month (!) the largest reskilling program in Switzerland with the University St.Gallen (HSG), Helvetia Insurances Switzerland and many other partners to prepare candidates who have lost their jobs or want a new start in the best possible way for a career change with a two-week virtual course.

• Developing uniquely designed course units in collaboration with University St. Gallen that are tailored to the jobs at Lionsteps +500 partners. Creating Training Materials in English, German and French.
• Developing a communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics; seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast (SWR, ARD) and online media, which will show the program in June 2021
• Creation of a new brand book (Fresher colours, tone-of-voice and beautiful images)
