• Developed, managed, updated, and monitored master program schedule including Decommissioning, Construction, Equipment Procurement and Installation, Documentation, CQV and Transition to Production WBS ‘s
• Collaborated with project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and ensured that all the changes and their impacts are accurately reflected in schedule
• Identified critical activities and schedule variances that will put key milestone dates at risk and demanded remedial action plans
• Performed critical path analysis, generated look-ahead and variance reports against baseline and previous updates
• Tracked baseline, performed what-if analysis, and developed contingency plans
• Worked closely with multinational subcontractors to gather actuals and to schedule remaining works
• Performed delay analyses using Collapsed As Built Method to compensate loss of the Company which occurred due to the subcontractor delay
• Created and updated Overall Project S Curve using proper weight distribution.
• Lectured PMI registered Basic and Advance Level of P6 Courses at PRM Yazilim’s headquarter.
• Provided Primavera P6 and Primavera Prime implementation consultancy and support services to corporate companies
