- handling system corrections (2nd and 3rd level functional support),
- enhancements and improvements from start to end (specification,
development, test, documentation, implementation, training).
Assess business customer requirements, assess these requirements against
existing system capabilities and develop specifications or enhancements that will
achieve business goals.
Development of technical documents for design, provided for business
requirements or processes.
Create test plans and test scenarios in conjunction with business users to
perform all scenarios of a new technical design for performing functional and
verified tests.
