Lead documentation movement on the api layer. Added asynchronous testing and constantly helped onboard and interview new teammembers. Helped build a backend customer facing system from scratch

Scala development in a legacy application LPA. Application was in a very bad state and required rewriting of significant parts without requirements. The code was analyzed, requirements generated and then verified by the business. Code was rewritten in such a functional way that the business could change the algorithm as desired and the result would be instant, without damaging existing db state.
