Contracted for Mozilla’s Open Innovation team. Working closely with the product owner and design lead on a platform shared between staff and volunteers that will provide people discovery and access management. Conducted 50+ interviews across the whole stakeholder spectrum, performed competitor analysis and synthesis of the results, and presented key findings and inspirational solutions. Furthermore, I created user stories, journeys, wireframes and clickable prototypes for remote user testing.

Working closely with the CEO, Eugene Belyaev (JetBrains co-founder), I led a team around user research, analysis and strategy development efforts. Growing and steering the UX team with a hands-on approach were my main responsibilities. Our team launched self-improvement tools like CoachingSpaces, InsightOut, PushFree and pivoted to our AR/VR content creation tool CoSpaces. Delightex first started as a pure technology driven company, which I helped to build a culture of user-centered product development by teaching values of UX on-the-job.

Success: Successfully built and developed a UX team. Having a five-digit number of new users per month for CoSpaces and increasing license sales for CoSpaces Edu. Won the AASL award: Best Apps for Teaching & Learning ‘17.
