• Successfully launched a geo-focused web and mobile platform into the commercial drone industry,
• Designed, developed and deployed the Flyte system, extensively using Python (Django/Django REST framework) and AngularJS,
• Designed and Developed Flyte’s data stores using both SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (ElasticSearch)
• Developed detailed Python scripts for scraping and processing real time data for the Flyte system,
• Implemented a risk based decision making process for aviation compliance checks in Python and JavaScript
• Extensive experience in the deployment and management of Flyte’s IT infrastructure utilising Docker containers for testing and production systems in both DigitalOcean and AWS.
• Implementation of continuous integration strategy using Codeship.
• Continual project management of the Flyte development team and contractors through implementing Lean agile methods.

• Introduced frontend frameworks to help move away from flash based mapping systems across the Thinkwhere product range.
• Developed bespoke application plugins for mapping software utilising Python (PyQT) and Postgres
