Main responsibilities and activities include:
• Solve business problems for our Customers by combining IT Knowledge with Industry Expertise coupled with the delivery of best-of-breed solutions by using Resolve Incident Resolution and UC4 Workload Automation (i.e. an Automic Software, now acquired by CA Technologies product) tools.
• Design and Implement Services based on Customers’ Requirements.
• Build and automate integrated reusable services to accelerate Customers’ Business Processes.
• Maintain accurate and consistent System Architecture for installing Automation/Middleware tools and integrating with Customers’ different on-site Applications.
• Provide our Customers with a range of innovative cutting edge Automation tools in order to help them in the following areas:
- Business Processes Automation.
- Accelerating Network Incident Resolution.
- Accelerating Security Incident Resolution.
- Application Workload Automation.
- Application Service Orchestration.
- Disaster Recovery Automation and Monitoring
- Service Implementation.
- Service Management.
• Implement and Automate Customers Business and Operational processes on our Automation tools.
• Provide our Customers a full System and Service Support on our Automation tools.
• Provide our Customers on-site training on our Automation tools.
