Support in creation of sourcing related templates, i.e. SLA, KPIs, evaluation criteria, price volume definition. Conducting IT assessment of application portfolio (~ 800 Applications) of internal IT Organization with Capgemini's eAPM tool for designing retained IT organisation and new operating model for sourcing and optimization potential in the portfolio.
