• Strategically source and interview candidates for various levels in the IT organisation for offices across Germany, Spain, Austria and Poland. • Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers. • Manage the entire recruitment process (drive the process from inception to completion; communicate with hiring team at different points in the process to move candidates along) • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies. • Qualifying and screening candidates and making informed recommendations to hiring teams. • Ensuring an excellent experience for every candidate from application stage to offer. • Working closely with wider HR team to ensure strong team collaboration and flawless processes.
