Working as Onsite Technical Coordinator for Novartis account and coordinating with Client and Offshore team. Manages team of 15 members at Offshore, involves in packaging of complex applications.
Working as IT Technical Support Engineer for all the applications hosted on different Microsoft platforms (Win 7/8/10/Server).
Provides support for VIP Executives in Novartis organization and expertise in handling critical issues with different applications installation through SCCM and providing solutions on priority with less turnaround time.
Good knowledge on SAP, SAS, Office, Antivirus application IT related issues.
Experience in providing technical support and advice on best ways to handle applications end-to-end lifecycle.
Handling end-to-end lifecycle of around 3000 applications in Novartis environment.
Part of POC team to finalize standards & deliver pilot applications.
