Project Malikai EPC TLP Project (Project in Malaysia)
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for piping design/layout of water lines systems, which consist of Cooling Water Return, Cooling Water Supply and Water Injection. Also involved for Process Lines such as Process Gas and Vent to Flare Lines system. Any issue on the P&ID and layout which involved the Process Group need to discuss before doing some mark-up and implementing it in the 3D model.
• Responsible to check and model the equipment using the information on Vendor Drawing.
• Provide initial Pipe Support for all lines using Multi-Discipline Support (MDS).
• Provide Piping Isometrics using PDMS Isodraft for the Stress Analysis and Material Take-Off.

Project Wheatstone Upstream Project (Project in Australia)
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Piping design/layout at Intermediate Deck and Flare Book area. Majority of the lines involved are Process Gas Systems (Gas Hydrocarbon, Liquid Hydrocarbon, Produced Water, Process Liquid and Vapor), Drain Systems (Closed, Open and Hazardous Drain) and Flare Lines Systems. By checking the P&ID, all necessary line slopes, instrumentation, valves and SP item must be modeled in 3D PDMS model with the consideration of every piping component requirement.
• Coordinating with the Stress Engineer in Perth office for the requirement of Compressor Lines and modeling each support as per pipe loads given.
• Working with the Structural Engineer for the VIV loads analysis on HP and LP Flare lines.

Project Gumusut-Kakap Topside Detailed Engineering Project (Project in Malaysia)
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Piping design/layout at Process Area. Lines involved are Compressor lines, Deluge lines and Cooling Water lines.
• Clashed check executions, screening and solution using PDMS model.
• Re-route/revised lines base on the new sets of P&ID and as per comments during model review.
• Model pipe supports based on Stress requirements using Multi-Discipline Support (MDS).
• Generation of Isometrics using PDMS Isodraft and resolution of Isometrics failure.
• Special Pipe Support modeling in 3D using PDMS and extracting it to 2D AutoCAD.


Project FEED for SHWE Field Development Project (Project in Myanmar)
Main Responsibilities:
• Developed 2D background coordinate drawings in AutoCAD for plot plan development, 3D environment in PDMS for piping and equipment general arrangements.
• Develop conceptual layout during early stages of plot plan development.
• Study and modify piping components in Piping systems with coordination of Engineering and Planning groups.
• Run a program for checking the status, connectivity, database, reliability and interference on model design files. Generate 2D drawing using PDMS draft.

• Coordinate, assist, monitor and report area progress to Area Lead.

Project Toho Gas Plant Project (Project in Japan)
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed piping route design and supports.
• Responsible for the preparation, extraction and checking of Detail drawings in accordance with respective client specification and codes.
• Preparing and reviewing piping job specs and materials for conformity to job requirements. Coordinate with other Engineer to make changes to Pipe Specifications as required.
• Prepare PDMS 3D model, Isometric drawing, General Arrangement and Material Take Off.
