From July 2015 - June 2017 I supported 11 Project Managers in a complex multi-year finance system migration programme aiming to implement a number of key systems (Oracle/Fusion/Hyperion Planning/Reporting Data Store) that would create a new Target Operating Model for the Client.
Responsible for Resource Management, Reporting and Governance. Supported PMs in maintaining Portfolio Change Control, Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependency Logs.
Set up Team and Executive Meetings, produced Executive Meeting Packs and recorded minutes. Interfaced with Stakeholders and managed relationships between team members and the Client.

TätigkeitsbeschreibungFrom June 2011 - June 2015 supported various Project Managers in implementing OD and IT optimisations across 3 EU jurisdictions. Provided a vast array of PMO functions including supporting PMs in producing Weekly Status Reports, setting up and facilitating team meetings, Governance Workshops, Monthly Executive meetings and producing Meeting Packs and recording minutes. Responsible for SharePoint maintenance and managing document repository. Single point of contact for Audit points and Data Room management. Created and maintained a tracker tool for legal queries raised by Executive Management and the Project team during the Study Stage of the migration Programme. Assisted in drafting and proof-reading of legal documentation required to cover the Supplier IT Services that would form part of the migration.
