• Detailed execution drawings for construction.
• Assisting interior designers, architects in space planning and design details
• Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models
• Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life objects using special rendering software
• Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-trough’s in artistic fields.
• Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
• Performs drafting operations for the determination of project plans and collects data for Project designs.
• Prepares Design Development drawings according to cad standards for Interior design Projects.
• Develops and drafts Interior design drawings and plans, generates correspondence for clients and managers.
• Maintains dynamic communication with contractors, clients, engineers and the general public
• Performs fieldwork, documentation, research and drafting tasks of engineering data as requested by clients or managers.
• Performs regular computer software and AutoCAD maintenance, upgrading and troubleshooting Maintains up to date working and technical knowledge of all procedural and improvement changes to computer hardware and software applications.
• Work well with other designers and co-workers to meet deadlines.
• Solving Server related issues, Server software installation, maintaining and Wireless Network troubleshooting.
• Solving (Desktop) computer hardware related issues, Various Software installation, maintaining and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring Network security system, Firewall’s, Backup, Ftp file Sharing, Router security system
• Visualization Post production.
• Possess excellent design creative, flair and positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details.
• Able to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with speed and meet deadlines.
• Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of team.
• Operate basic office equipment like printers, computer terminals, facsimile machines, copy machines and telephone systems.
• Operate, access, and maintain diverse software applications.
