• Work as the in-house consultant for business lines like sales, service, marketing, finance and the demo center.
• Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure consistency of requirements and setting right expectations for the solution design.
• Develop Proof of Concepts and design prototypes for requirement- and design validation with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate out of the box Salesforce capabilities and propose business process changes to take full advantage of Salesforce capabilities.
• Plan the architecture of new applications on the Salesforce platform including integration with legacy systems (SAP, middleware Cache, proprietary production management system “Prodis”, Printing Machine Control System “Optimus”).
• Development of Salesforce functionality and applications the whole spectrum of declarative methods (Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Approval Flows etc) and limited Apex.
• Establish, maintain & enhance data security, using profiles and role hierarchy.
• Integrate data from legacy systems with Salesforce to enrich data for sales and service to gain better insights in opportunity pipeline and installed base (Assets).
• Improve data quality using Data Loader and Enabler for Excel.
• Executed more than 400 hours user trainings for sales and service users.
• Working mainly with Sales Cloud, Force.com but also Service Cloud to a small extend.
