Full stack developer

1/2015 – 1/2016

Initially for the first three months outsourced remotely as an Android developer to Swedish start-up, in order to stabilize their early stage mobile e-books reader, by doing wide refactoring and performance improvement. Next took complete responsibility for an implementation of new features that meets customers needs, mandatory for next market release.

Tech stack: Java7, Android, Robolectric, Volley

Next assignment was related to fast prototyping a real-time bidding application, for one of the oldest auction house in Poland. Main responsibilities covered a technology stack recognition, designing & implementing core functionalities according to customer's requirements. This role was about full stack development frontend as well as backend based on MEAN stack.

2/2013 – 6/2014

Start-up with handy mobile app, that lets users customize their connectivity, in order to stay focused on things that matter without any distractions.

Initially responsible for development PhoneGap customized plugins, used by web front end. Later has got complete responsibility for rewriting the app to fully native form.

Tech stack: native Android, Robolectric, PhoneGap/Apache Cordova.

A member of team responsible for development and maintenance web platform, dedicated for management digital Volvo assets (approx. 30 integrated web applications).

Daily responsibility covered full stack development of new features & platform components, as well as digging around legacy parts in conjunction with reliable wide refactoring. Played role in analyzing and designing new technical concepts that were a part of the platform, in order to meet Volvo business requirements. Attended in planning and driving production releases with global impact.

Tech stack: Java, EJB3, JPA, Spring Framework, Struts2, JAX-WS/Axis2, RESTFul, JMS, JSP, JS/backbone.js, SQL/PL-SQL, Oracle.
