I am a UX Researcher and Writer. I am passionate about shaping user experience with content because I believe it helps establish a connection with people. It sets the tone of content and bridges narratives of the user’s touch-points.

It is telling a story, solving a problem and engaging users with clarity. More than just an innovative and stunning copy, it is memorable and effective to introduce new ideas and experiences to the users.

My previous profession in PR & Marketing complements my design thinking process with my interest to understand the psychology behind decision-making. It improved my ability to empathise with my users through human-centred design.

To further my career, I upskilled with UX at General Assembly Melbourne and Service Design at Academy Xi. These courses gave me the foundational knowledge and frameworks to be inquisitive and apply design skills to problem-solving in any domain.

As an INFJ personality type, I am determined, passionate and believe in taking the necessary steps to reach my goals to make a lasting positive impact. Apart from that, I advocate for gender equality, poverty alleviation and disaster risk reduction. I am a global traveller, musician, dancer and an aspiring vegan.
