With the Vodafone Router App, a customer can adapt the router according to his needs. I was responsible for the conception of the core features of the software. Also, I accompa- nied and evaluated the user surveys, collected and structured the user feedback, and helped to create the product roadmap together with stakeholders. An additional challenge was that the app present in three countries. The scope of the app and the feartures had be adapted to three different technical environment, business, and customer needs.

StarMoney is the most widely used finance software in Germany. I was part of the team that established a user-centered procedure and redesigned the software from scratch. It was done methodologically with quantitative and qualitative interviews and accompa- nied by frequent user tests. As UX Designer I developed concepts and vision types for all platforms. I led product discoveries in a variety of forms and helped to integrate the creative processes into development harmoniously.
