- Optimized and simplified existing processes to be as close as possible to SHAPE LIMS Core.
- Implemented the Sandoz global standard tool for QA/QC processes SHAPE LIMS covering: sampling, quality control, release and certification, stability and retain sample management.
- Implemented the Sandoz standard reporting tool for GxP-compliant reporting.
- Developed a Sandoz global solution for Environmental Monitoring covering the specific requirements of a sterile production.

- Enhanced PP campaigns to support Rhythm Wheel Cycle.

The most challenging task in the project was development of cockpit for scheduling and sequencing planned orders and grouping them into campaigns considering resources, capacity bottlenecks, product group matrix and cycles (repeatable sequences).
