I participated in international project of OpenText Archive Servers upgrading in Customer infrastructure. Full upgrading from 10.1.1 version to 16 was successfully done. A number of problems on the archive servers are not related to the upgrading were solved. I also consulted users for documents scanning and archiving scenario customization (the following scenario, for example, archiving of financial documents with barcodes from Enterprise Scan, Case Management documents archiving from SAP system). As a result, the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule, also positive reviews from users of Customer company were received.

9/2016 – 3/2017

I participated in several projects for implementation of OpenText Employee File Management for SAP Solutions product. I was doing components installation and full customization of EFM module in SAP system. I also configured the Enterprise Scan and Document Pipeline according to the requirements of Сustomer. New scanning and archiving scenario with the ability to transfer attributes of personnel documents to SAP system was created. The following objectives were achieved with the implementation of product:
• Immediate availability of digital personnel files to all users
• Reduced search and process times due to immediate access to all relevant documents
• Reduction of storage cost for paper based personnel file
• Higher security to avoid unauthorized access
