 Developed a SAS process for the motor insurance risk premium modelling process. This was across all brands administered by Direct Line Group.
 Preparation of xml data for importing in to Towers Watson Radar.
 Liaised with project managers, stakeholders, underwriters, actuaries and analysts to ensure xml data supplied matched business requirements. This was within an agile project framework.
 Provided technical support to the actuaries building and reconciling the motor insurance risk premium modelling factors in Towers Watson Radar.
 Developed and implemented home insurance rating factor changes for the Emblem models.
 Developed and maintained the home insurance risk premium modelling SAS process across all brands administered by Direct Line Group.

My services were initially contracted by RBS Insurance to work within the Data Infrastructure team. I have also provided services within the Pricing Projects and Pricing Systems teams.

 Developed and maintained the home insurance risk premium modelling SAS process across all brands administered by RBS Insurance.
 Developed and tested a SAS emulator for verifying the home insurance VP/MS rating engine for two new partner brands.
 Designed, developed and built a SAS based monitoring process for the SAS UNIX server to assist the data infrastructure team.
 Designed, developed and tested new SAS macros for use in BAU and ad hoc reporting.

My services were contracted by the Analysis & Feedback Unit to provide development and analysis of the National Reporting and Learning System database.

 Provision of patient safety incident reports for clinicians, parliamentarians and Freedom of Information requests.
 Standardised/streamlined reporting with the development of SAS Macros and Perl expressions for thematic analysis using SAS Enterprise Guide.
 Supported and when required deputised for the analysis manager; mentored existing and new team members.
