Senior business / functional analyst on a large project aiming to improve an existing international payment platform. The goal of this platform is to mutualize and harmonize the services offered by BNP in whole Europe.
Role :
· Documentation of the as-is and to be E2E solution (gap analysis) based on workshops in Belgium and abroad.
· Creation of exchange formats and interfaces between the main application and surrounding systems (Authorization, Booking,
Billing, Reporting and Clearing systems)
· Definition and creation of the payment booking schemes used by the new solution
· Definition from scratch of a and customer (Billing and operational) conditions management system to replace an old legacy
system
· Preparation, Review and execution of test cases and test sets linked to a specific testing role (first months of my assignment) or
to support my business and functional analysis with proofs and real examples.
· Participation to the operating model : New processes and change management linked to the move of the international
payments back-office to a new location in Europe
· Training of the end-users (abroad mission) both in terms of context and solution. Training given during several days
· Supervision of junior analysts and review of both business and IT documents
· Interaction with stakeholders at different level (Senior management to back-office user) in Belgium and abroad
· Active member of the Production Incident Task-Force aiming at solving quickly critical system issues impacting BNP customers

The objective of this project was to develop a card management system for debit and credit cards replacing the legacy system. Business objective was to harmonize the card servicing capabilities and provide added business value in terms of product roll-out capabilities, time-to-market, cross-channel sales approach and servicing. The scope includes both front-end and back-end functionalities.
Role :
· Support during the gap analysis phase
· Responsible for the delivery of a specific module of the solution for credit card (Card manufacturing and Pin management)
o Management of a small team including Business and IT people
o Coordination of the project with third parties (Processors and embossers) and stakeholders
o Definition of the business requirements and business processes.
o Support for the card certification process
· Definition of the global E2E test strategy approach in order to cover the scope in an efficient way
· Coordination of the debit cards renewal
· Responsible for the credit card product referential
Approach
· Writing of the Project Management Plan: Definition of the scope and global approach of the project as well as the governance
and key deliverables.
· Organization of workshops and weekly status meetings with stakeholders
· Close follow-up of the planning, risks and issues
· Gathering of requirements with stakeholders

leading bank in Belgium.
Role :
· Support during the implementation of the project Principal Member Licencee (PML) Maestro in one major bank in Belgium.
· Set up of the test phase (test preparation and execution) as well as follow-up the deployment phase.
