I researched, pitched, wrote and published stories. These were long-term articles, which rank highly on Google Search, as well as news, analysis and short-term social pieces, which all often appeared at the top of Google News. I have also covered press events. Stories were written and scheduled through an in-house CMS and Google Spreadsheets. I also managed social media, conducted analysis through Google Analytics and engaged with users in the comments and forums.

Writing website copy, scripts, elevator pitches, white papers and taglines. This involved in-depth research of narrative transportation, as well as an understanding of concise and attractive language that stands out in a crowded market.

Writing and editing texts for press releases, announcements, podcasts, calendars, etc.; proof-reading texts; captioning images and videos; data collection through Meltwater and Google Analytics. All work was done to strict deadlines and in accordance with a complex workflow.
