I am the lead Sybase developer for PK database. PK is the main product catalog database which hosts all the business, consumer and wholesale products that are used by the client to sell to the customer to generate its revenue. This primary database plays a vital role in the entire mobile value chain. I am also a SME of this database.

I was the team lead for RADAR (Revenue Assurance Detection and Recovery) application support. The main purpose is to minimize the client's revenue loss. I was responsible for monitoring and getting the dashboards available to the users within SLA. We had to audit reconciliations between the network and billing systems and take necessary actions and report them to RA team with investigations.

During my first tenure of 3 years, I have worked as a core Java/UNIX developer in CoreServices writing code fixes for database corrections and maintaining data quality, writing cron batch jobs. Performed Unit Testing on the components developed. I have contributed to the Analysis, Design and Development and AT Phases.
