• In charge of restructuring the chart of accounts
• In charge of implementing a new Excel-based controlling and reporting tool and aligning it to the company’s structure
• Preparing “how to…” manuals for the accounting and controlling department, enabling the employees to carry on the tasks after the end of the consulting assignment

Led project based teams consisting of accountants, tax consultants, auditors or lawyers; created business and financial restructuring plans; implemented and build up controlling structures for clients; prepared budgets and forecasts (12-month-moving) for selected clients; analyzed financial results on any significant variances; was in charge of quarterly and semi-annual reporting to financial institutions (for selected clients only); prepared annual financial statements including management reports and its corresponding tax declarations.

• Building-up and implementing Excel-based controlling tools for selected clients
• Creating budgets and forecasts required by financial institutions (most financial institutions include the budget as a covenant in order to stay compliant with the loan facility agreement)
• Preparing annual accounts including notes and management report as well as its corresponding tax declarations
• In charge of generating quarterly reports for selected clients, commenting on variances: actual versus budget
• Acting as a go-between (intermediary) between financial institutions and selected clients
