I was deputed to set up and develop Malaysian entity between mid 2008-2014.
Set up Malaysian entity in Kuala Lumpur for Orga Systems GmbH. Built the Consulting and Services organization in APAC. Supported Sales and Partner Development organizations in the region and globally in various areas such as Telecom OCS and Billing, Utility, M2M, Mobile Money and Automotive industry. As lead Architect, I was responsible to review and approve Solution Proposals, Technical feasibility, Projects Health review, advice and follow Change Management in addition to identify and groom budding Architects.
Lead and worked with various teams to successfully acquire and implement first Utility Customer for Orga Systems with new Solution offerings in Utility Domain. Managed teams across the regions and maintained attrition to lower single digit percentage.

M&A / Liquidation of ngena GmbH
• Work closely with the insolvency team to provide them with all necessary technical data relating to the company's assets. This includes participating in legal discussions regarding ownership, rights and ongoing projects that may impact the sale of assets.
• Technical due diligence of all ngena’s technology-related assets (patents, proprietary software, intellectual property (IP), global infrastructure, public IP addresses, domain names, customer contracts and supplier agreements) are accurately inventoried and valued. Presented these to potential investors, emphasising their value and scalability
• Ensure that all technical documentation (source code, system architecture, patents and other IP-related details) is up to date, accessible and backed up to protect digital assets.
• Participated in the creation and delivery of presentations to potential investors, highlighting the technology stack, engineering and delivery capabilities, and how the assets can benefit the investor's business.
• Worked with the legal team to ensure that the APA (Asset Purchase Agreement) accurately reflected all technology assets, including their current state, potential future value and any licensing or compliance obligations.
• Prepared a transition plan for the technology assets to the new owner

Identified the gaps in Skills, Resources, Training, Certification, Licenses, Development Infrastructure and managed it within a short period to bring it under control
Implemented New Way of Working (NWoW) for the entire Product Development Life Cycle Management (PDLCM) as One-Team. As a result, delivered more services & features, increased release cycles
Simplified the Product Development Processes, that increased the efficiency of Product Life Cycle Management
Enabled ngena to steer & significantly contribute to entire Product Development Life Cycle Process, built needed capabilities & resources and enabled resources with Knowledge & Processes

The target was to provide an alternative application due to constant complains and dropping customer satisfaction with current BSS/OSS application
Came up with an out-of-the-box solution of providing a Quotation Engine (Quicksizer), that would sit outside BSS/OSS. To provide this, a structured resources database (NERDS) was needed, both of which integrates with BSS/OSS.
