Set the Adoption Rate Plan by choosing which strategic suppliers and main categories to onboard, supporting local procurement by the Buying/Invoicing Channel Analysis and Activation.
Developed a Spend Analysis tool in PowerBI/ SAP BW to gather supplier spending, including Cost Centers, GL Accounts, Number of POs, PO Amounts, and other P2P-specific key figures like GRs, OCs, and Invoice Receipts to implement the new Buying Channels on Ariba and SAP MM, increasing the compliance and supporting the Adoption Rate Project.
Developed a new Change Management Strategy, allowing Global Procurement and Finance to roll out systems modules accordingly, including Change Management, Communication, Training Plans, and Change Management Templates.
Gather and document issues, risks, training needs, and potential new enhancements on the SAP Ariba setup and report them accordingly. Responsible for managing project activities, using Agile during the Business Blueprint & Familiarization phases and a waterfall approach after the realization phase.
