TätigkeitsbeschreibungSmartions was a platform service digital agency. We built a platform & SDK to enable foreign developers to publish & monetize games & apps in China. We employed 20 people (Berlin + China) & released 20+ games in market. Our clients included Nokia, Daimler, & InMobi. My role covered pitching / fund-raising / investor relations (we raised our 7 digit € target), business analysis & strategy, through to hands on UX / UI design & managing agile dev teams in China & Berlin + key account management.
