During 2012, prior to the IPO (10/12), Mirko helped in restructuring together with the COO/CIO the entire IT operation of Leonteq Securities AG to achieve IPO readiness (financial, operational, staff).
Post IPO he focused on all cost and budget aspects of the COO/CIO division and advised the COO/CIO in major strategic, technological and financial belongings.
He managed the COO/CIO budget, introduced a highly effective operational cost framework and launched various cost saving and efficiency initiatives. Savings in the two digit million range were generated and operational cost reduced by more than 20%.
These results were core contributions in achieving a cost income ratio below 70% and maintaining it since then.
End of 2014 he started a long planed sabbatical to follow-up personal interest and regain momentum for future activities.

Planning, implementation and roll out of an internet based CFD trading platform at Commerzbank / Frankfurt (idea to roll-out: planning and analysis, system implementation, back-end integration, management and operational processes).
System- and infrastructure-analysis of the core flow trading system at Commerzbank / Frankfurt (risks, costs, auditability, management strategy).
