As CFO of the capital division of EPIGON responsible for deal evaluation on basis of different valuation methods like DCF, gross receipts- and multiples method, leading a team of 18 members of staff distributed in four regional offices. Responsible for cash-flow modeling, deal implementation and monitoring of investments along with legal attendance throughout the structuring process.

Within the energy subsidiary as CFO fully responsible for investments and also in charge for the full company P&L and balance sheet adverse the shareholders, including the implementation of a consistent reporting system, financial planning, financial consolidating and financial structuring of acquired companies together with strategic topics like tax strategy and beneficial deal structuring.

First point of contact for all finance related issues with regards to internal and external matters, handling supervision and advisory for acquired companies such as accounting, controlling and contact person for financial auditors during both, pre and post-acquisition phase.

During the investment period of acquired companies ongoing monitoring and collaboration with regards to strategic objectives such as identification of cost reduction potentials or compliance with given covenants and conducting appropriate measures together with the local management.

On individual project level covering the full investment cycle from screening, advisory, due diligence, evaluation, implementation, legal attendance and monitoring of investment projects.

Business is conducted worldwide having active investments in Europe and Asia.

Full responsibility for a company turnover of circa € 2m. Established excellent relationships to a variety of banks and institutional private equity investors across Europe as well as family offices mainly in Germany.

Interim Management & Controlling within funded projects.

Successfully raised funds for the first 3 privately financed geothermal projects in the Bavarian Molasse basin from Goldman Sachs with a project value greater than €250m and a Turkey based wind farm.

As vice president successfully managed the integration of the corporate financing business and established new activities with special emphasis on distressed corporate assets.

Involved in the continuous improvement of the applied monitoring system with special emphasis on deployed covenants.
