S. is playing a significant role for Tata Steel Europe , the legacy MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems ) are getting replaced with PSI Metals , he is involved in the impact analysis of the legacy Reporting and Analysis System (RAS) , which used to get fed by the legacy MES systems .
His job is to ensure that the functionalities of RAS remains intact even if the legacy MES systems are stopping to feed . In the long run all the reporting functionalities will be rebuild on a new MES BI platform .

S. played a substantial role in delivering new individual Health products and to customize Motor, Aviation, Marine, Engineering, Rural products in the bancs system with the help of a team of Business Analysts. Carried out the responsibilities of drafting changes in critical Policy Documents viz. Policy Schedule, Policy Clause, Renewal Notice, Collection Receipt, and Common Endorsement.

S. played a magnificent role in conducting workshops with critical Business Process Owners to design new Insurance Products or to change in the existing Products which includes product documents as well. He designed the functional data flows from Bancs product database into new products developed and in the new policy related documents. Apart from this, he coordinated with Implementation Team for successful translation of business requirements of Product Configuration, Claims and Reports into software deliverables.

S. steered efforts in handling responsibilities of designing 5 new Group Insurance Products. He actively managed the successful completion of design of 8 critical reports including Premium Summary, Group Collection, Actuary Report, Policy member wise Premium and Sum Assured Details Report, Member wise Cover Report.

S. took the onus of working on the user policy operation extremely fast, even though every group policy comprised members in the lacs range. He conducted workshops with critical Business Process Owners to design new Group Insurance Products. He carried out the responsibility of creating Simplified Operational Process document or user manuals for any new module developments.

S. actively participated in validation workshops with key uses to get requirements signed off – used business process diagrams and use cases as tools to clarify requirements and create common understandings. Apart from this, he synchronized with implementation team (product configuration and reporting) for successful translation of business requirements into software deliverables.
