Specification books check with an appropriate risk analysis and coordinating an appropriate annotation
Specific customer / guideline specification check with an appropriate risk analysis and establishing preventive methods to reach all requirements needed
In close collaboration with the project team, updating appropriate project documentation based on customer related documents and or corresponding international Standards (EN, ISO, OHSAS, customer specific Standards and Guidelines etc.)
Handling complaints related to prototype development parts (R&D - incl. 8D report)
Analyze and improve engineering processes (AA, VA, REACh)
Coordination and reporting of PPAP documents to the customer
Preparation of proposed customer audits, monitoring of audits and leading internal / external product as well as process audits to hedge the series start-up, follow-through action plans and acceptance of suppliers initial samples
Follow-up of the Audit including appropriate actions and leading optimizations according to Six Sigma methods (DMAIC)
Coordination and Moderation of D-,C-,Appl.- as well as P- FMEA (QSYS), consequent derivation of appropriate measures and recommended actions
