TätigkeitsbeschreibungInterim Marketing Director / Senior Digital Project Manager for MICE e-commerce Startup. Working closely together with the CEO and founder helping him to launch his e-commerce Startup internationally: developing & driving the entire marketing strategy & function as well as overseeing product updates and improvements and manage a small team (primarily remotely). Tasks included: Updating and improving the global website, improving UX and e-commerce funnels. Implementing an SEO strategy (technical as well as content driven), oversee all tracking functionalities (google ads / search console etc), developed a go-to-market strategy to launch website across 10 international focus markets (focusing on SEO, SEA, SEM), launched their social media campaigns / channels, developing and overseeing a lead nurturing strategy and campaign and implementing Hubspot as CRM tool. Acted as Product Manager as well as Project Manager / Marketer and oversaw the development and launch of a self-serving website portal to improve the product and develop a lead nurturing campaign including a series of automated Emails. Working closely with developers using JIRA, trello, asana and following agile PM methodologies. Managed 3rd party agencies and developers.
