 Led requirements gathering and E2E process design in multifunctional, multinational project on Partners (Agents) enrolment system implementation and integration. Handed over requirements (user stories) to the development team, acted as go between IT and business;
 Collaborated closely with development and QA teams located in different locations (USA, India, Ireland, UK), drove on site UAT sessions with end users from different functions and countries;
 Worked with stakeholders at all levels, contributed to pilot and full roll out of the solution and redesigned process in different EU countries, trained and guided end users, managed post production enhancements and coordinated defects resolution;
 Supported process performance measuring activities and E2E process tracking, which helped to have better visibility of the process performance and address any issue items earlier;
 Defined and coordinated business process changes implementation, maintained process library;
 Recognized (twice) in quarterly employees awards for going extra mile to ensure successful solution implementation and contributing to business growth;
 As additional activity prepared and conducted training sessions on advanced charting and visualization in Excel.
