Go-to-market strategy and initiate setup for the Vodafone Innovation Park external customer business. This as a business case to open the test facilities of Vodafone Germany (www.vodafone-innovationpark.com) to use the facilities for third parties for testing, show cases, interworking purposes and more to get refund from the market. Since then taken into account an increasing customer base from zero to hundred during the last years. Initiation of projects with enterprise customers like Ericsson, Oracle, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, Intel and more.

Go-to-market strategy and initiate setup of the Vodafone Global Certification Program of M2M (IoT) hardware (http://www.vodafone.de/innovationpark/certified-m2m-hardware.html).

Implementation of a customer service process for the increasing customer base (incl. KPI measurements/NPS).

Concept for a CRM system to handle the increasing customer base.

Setup of internal processes for technical support to Vodafone Global Enterprise and Global IoT (M2M) customers and internal service for PoCs for departments like Group Technology, Group Strategy and Group R&D.

Initiation and build of a strategy for jointly usage of the Vodafone facilities as an open lab facility for different organisations like ETSI, GCF, OPNV (for SDN& NFV PoCs), 3GPP, GSMA (e. g. for NB-IoT/Cat M1 as member of the NB-IoT working group).

Organising of customer workshops for different topics to build customer awareness.

Delegate for the M2M alliance a German working group for IoT.

Worldwide travelling to fairs, congresses and customer meetings.
