TätigkeitsbeschreibungAs an experienced project manager I guide companies to implement HR software. I am specialized in the implementation of personnel scheduling software and related products (shift scheduling, time & attendance, self scheduling, capacity planning, work location scheduling, employee self service, interfacing with payroll systems, HR systems, time registration systems …). I also have in depth knowledge of the advanced rostering and time management software SP-Expert and Monaco Planning.

As a program manager I was responsible for all projects involving the implementation of highly advanced standard software (SP-Expert) for personnel scheduling and time management. As a generalist I was responsible for multiple projects for companies with 400 up to 17,000 employees. In various projects also as a project manager. Furthermore I (and my team) managed the incidents, problems and change requests of nearly 40 clients from various sectors.
In this position I reported directly to the Director of Cegeka Applications during the monthly program review meetings.
Some specific tasks:
• Supplier and partner management: manage the various (also foreign) suppliers (such as GET time registration, Astrum Benelux, Inform GmbH, Astrum HR, Interflex part of Ingersoll Rand). In particular discuss customer wishes, licenses, issues, software change requests ...
• Product management: a single point of contact for users to gather input for the road maps of suppliers. In this context also organizer of annual user meetings.
• Single point of contact for escalations in the framework of incident and problem management.
• Responsible for the planning of a team (technical and functional) of consultants.
• Quality control: ensure conformity with the ISO quality guidelines and single point of contact to auditors.
• Business development: actively seeking new opportunities
• Sales: bid manager, offers of training requests and additional services (change management)

I was a member of the project team responsible for the implementation of the advanced rostering and time management software SP-Expert including multiple interfaces with peripheral systems for cost calculation, remuneration of personnel (including the calculation of bonuses) and a Mangement Information System. The working area was characterized by the use of the following methods/frameworks: Prince2, RUP, T-Map, ITIL.

As of 01/2007 I became team leader (also responsible for team finance and quality) at the development team on location at the SSC-I in Gouda (Netherlands). In 2008 I was involved in a process for knowledge transfer and knowledge retention (the replacement of external specialists by internal employees).
• Team Coordinator 01/2006 - 12/2007
As of 01/2006 I became team coordinator at the development team at the SSC-I in Gouda (Netherlands). I was responsible for the daily operations and the planning of the various team members. I reported to the Head of the Development department. I was also a member of the Change Board.

I was responsible for the release management, daily operations and coaching of the release team.

Responsible for the total implementation (including project management).
• University Hospital Antwerp
The first customer (pilot) in the Benelux of an implementation of the application SP-Expert (V6) of the firm Astrum GmbH from Erlangen. I was involved in the total implementation.
