Über mich
Aus meiner mittlerweile 22-jährigen Erfahrung in Managementpositionen und als Management-Berater haben sich drei zentrale Themen herauskristallisiert:
1. Wie man in einer zunehmend technisierten Welt Mehrwerte für die Kunden schafft.
2. Führung als zentrales Management-Element, um diese Mehrwerte auf die Straße zu bringen.
3. Agilität, um mit den raschen Veränderungen in der Technologie-getriebenen Welt von heute umgehen zu können.
Dem historischen Leitspruch "ad fontes" folgend, vertiefte ich das Thema "Agilität" die letzten zweieinhalb Jahre als Scrum Master an der Quelle des Agilen Manifeste, nämlich in der Softwareentwicklung. Die Erlebnisse dieser Zeit lassen manche Problemstellung im agilen Vertrieb noch einmal in einem ganz anderen Licht erscheinen - und haben u.a. im Buch "[...]" (Springer-Verlag, ISBN: [...]) Anwendung gefunden.
