Handle below portfolio of initiatives:
- ERP Program remediation for the Assistance business: successfully delivered this program for the 7 Emea countries in scope, with key workstreams as of ERP replacement, datalake implementation, statutory reporting automation, middle-office and front-office integration changes, decommissioning of the replaced systems.
- Group Operations Transformation (2,500 employees): internal transformation program workstream of the company group operations entity, for all IT departments’ projects that needed to be involved. Supported smooth program outcomes delivery thanks to strategic planning, stakeholder management, internal networking, tracking of issues throughout teams, information sharing and large open communication hubs.
- E-Procurement implementation in Africa units for the Insurance business: deployment of a solution developed locally in Morocco on Salesforces and integrated with central Finance solution on SAP.

From March 20 on, all tasks were handled remotely by all participants.
