Interim Accounting Director International. Supported with EMEA VAT registrations. Calculated and reconciled the capitalised inventory after market authorisation for EMEA. Prepared adjustment journals.

Led the SOX compliance support team for the SOX integration. Set up, trained and implemented SOPs and controls for key processes during the transition period and supported with the external and internal audit preparations
