Designed and supervised experimental wind tunnel and on-track validation tests to correlate with steady state and transient part and full-car solutions. Created load cases to allow for weight reduction and to predict aeroelastic deflection of aerodynamic components so that actual underway shapes and aerodynamics could be modelled. Also created meshes for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) cases using NASTRAN software on complex gearbox models.
