in-service issues (re-certification, safety alerts, red tops) and supply chain management on civil large engines
· Launching and driving of offshoring projects in India
· Providing expertise on airworthiness and root cause analysis for safety-related studies investigations
· Coordinating and defining suppliers’ scope of work, negotiating requirements with airframer
· Negotiated budget allocation, monitored project evolution
· Achieved key targets for cost reduction, through refined processes for both customer and supplier
