I am currently working for a Fortune 100 financial services client in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. I'm a well-organized and enthusiastic individual, who enjoys working in a matrix organization including business managers, software developers, quality assurance teams and implementation engineers.

Starting out as a Software Engineer, I have progressed to Programmer Analyst, Technology Analyst, Technology Lead and Project Manager by taking on additional responsibilities throughout my tenure. I particularly enjoy managing software projects as it offers different kinds of challenges allowing me to touch multiple facets of projects such as project scoping, estimation, project scheduling, and project risk planning.

Few projects that I would like to highlight are as follows –
1. Managing and leading a portfolio of applications.
2. Managed and executed client’s merger project at onsite with 60+ person month’s effort successfully which showcased my ability to handle large projects and gain customer confidence.
3. Handled huge migration effort of Legacy system to newer technology smoothly which lead to better support and cost savings.
4. Worked on end to end development of new systems using various technologies like, C#, ADO.NET, JavaScript, PL-SQL, Shell script, UNIX, Autosys, NDM, and SharePoint.

Prior to Infosys, I worked as Adherence Specialist (e-Work Force Management Team) in IBM - Global Service Delivery Center, India.
