IBM Notes app decommission projects. 2012 – 2023 - Experienced professional with a focus on designing, selling, and guiding clients in IBM Notes app decommission projects. Specializing in assisting companies in migrating their legacy Notes applications to alternative platforms like SharePoint, I have successfully sold and executed these projects from 2012 to 2023. During this period, my company developed unique Notes app decommission solutions, and I played a crucial role in guiding clients through the execution process. I provided daily guidance to clients, ensuring they were able to navigate the process themselves with my instructions. Additionally, I took charge of project design, actively engaging with clients' architects and security personnel to ensure their satisfaction and successful implementation. In 1996, I began my career as a Notes admin at the ABNAMRO bank head office. Over the following years, I embarked on a journey of career growth, transitioning from a hardcore Notes admin to a developer. In 2003, I ventured into independent contracting, and for many years, I contributed my expertise to ABB in The Hague. In 2007, I took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Lialis, where I had the privilege of hiring my first employee. At Lialis, we focused on developing various tools and solutions for the IBM business solutions stack, including Domino/Notes, Lotus Quickr, and IBM Connections.
