This work package has been outsourced by P3-Digital for updating Picture 2D drawings for
harness installation using CATIA V4 and Dvise. Process involve Drawing preparation
phase and then updating the already existing drawing with new issue.
After getting Input from client as DQN, TRS and NC. My responsibility was to do
Drawing preparation and updating the Picture Drawing using Catia V4 and Dvise after
creating new Issues

This project was outsourced by AIRBUS for checking the harness installation, monuments,
ATA92, ATA35 Pipes, ATA21 Ducts in order to satisfy the rules of technical design
directives (TDD) and installation design principles (SIDP). This also included recording
the issues such as clash, clearance and segregation, which are not meeting the design
principles after doing clash analysis and addressing the same to the design team
responsible. The checks are also performed in the aircraft by comparing the design in
Digital mock up (TreND).
Moreover Process also involved MACRO and CLASH CLEARANCE ANALYSIS

Project involved modeling and drafting of Standard Parts. Generate Catia V5 Part models,
Drawings as per the input.
And to create a macro to synchronize function in Catia V5 and excel sheet simultaneously
for different dimension for the same model. So that for any given outer dimension we can
get Catia Model just by one click

Work involved in creating the 2D to 3D conversion of old Pallet Manufacturing machine
and then upgrading the machine with latest design implementation. Perform analysis on the
new design parts and validating the same. Aim of this project was to reduce the weight of

and Assemble it. Purpose of this project is to create a digital modal of old Aircraft part and
drawing for further research and up gradation, all the existing drawing are handmade.

assembly using input as handmade 2D drawing

Analysis is made to find the Natural Frequencies, which are prone to get excited due to the
Acoustic vibration (Acoustic Frequency of stimulus is found by using SYSNOISE analysis
tool).Normal mode Analysis is done for this model using NASTRAN AND OPTISTRUCT
(HYPERMESH) as the solver and these results are compared with the experimental result.
Additional responsibility: Analyzing RIG TEST data and comparing the same with digital
result sent by different Engineer.
