- Responsibility for the business unit shop.heise.de with the strategic goal of focusing all commercial online activities of the publishing house
- Restructuring of the unit within 6 months including
• Replacement of the fulfillment supplier, payment providers and the shop system from the scratch
• Relaunch of shop.heise.de in January 2013 with significant increase of conversion rates e.g. due to reducing Checkout from 6 to 1 Steps
- Operational and strategic leadership in the areas of Performance Marketing, Product Management, IT & Support
- Set-Up of a customer interaction and lifecycle management strategy (CRM)
- Extensive stakeholder management internally & externally
