Freelance IT Risk Manager with ISAE-Background wanted!

Dear Freelancer,

I am currently looking for a freelance IT Risk Manager (M/F/D) with experience in the ISAE environment for my long-standing client in the banking sector.

Key Information:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Expected until the end of the year
- Workload: Full-time preferred
- Location: Remote and Frankfurt a.M. – with more frequent on-site presence at the beginning
- Role: Freelance IT Risk Manager (M/F/D)

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring IT risk activities and identifying new risks
- Independently finalizing an initially set-up protection needs analysis with derivation (some vendor assessments are missing), performing a gap analysis, and determining consequences from the gap analysis
- Creating IT risk-specific reporting and processes according to DORA, effective from January 17
- Conducting ISAE controls on vendors based on a finding list for a critical vendor, cataloging, assessing, and addressing these findings

Requirements:
- Project experience as an IT Risk Manager in the finance sector
- Experience with BAIT and/or DORA (regulatory requirements)
- Familiarity with conducting protection needs analyses as well as with ISAE 3402
- Excellent English skills
