ServiceNow Lead Developer (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Development and configuration of ServiceNow applications
• Creation and management of workflows
• Design and implementation of HRSD workflows to ensure seamless integration with other HR processes and IT components
• Development and configuration of ServiceNow applications, as part of customer requirements
• Design and implementation of catalogs to improve service delivery
• Technical guidance and support throughout the implementation cycle

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, IT service management, service catalog design and integration
• Certificate for ServiceNow for HR modules
• At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow HR Implementation Specialist
• English at C1 level
