Job description/Tasks
The company is looking for an organized and detail oriented PMO professional to support two of our programs within the Asset Management department. The consultant will be responsible for supporting project management activities, including tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, risk management, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

The main tasks expected are;
• Steering committee(s) preparation & follow-up
• Ensure follow-up of initiatives under both programs
• Coordination & increased communication between Business, IT, and business
• Monthly Reporting: consolidation
• Maintaining the roadmap of both programs:
o Follow-up & challenge of risks and issues
o Follow-up & challenge of milestone planning
• Making presentations about certain topics.
• Provide guidance and support to projects on demand.
• Being able to support the development of roadmaps for specific topics/initiatives.
• Support change management activities.

Profile requirements:
• Experience of at least 2 years in Project management is a prerequisite.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French and a very good knowledge of English
• Fluent communication and coordination
• Autonomous and capable to manage and respect the program deadlines.
• Pro-active
• Risk identification mitigation.
• Result driven.
• Well organised
• Attention for details.
• Assertive

Additional Information
- Start and duration: Approx. 14 Months, starting ASAP with extension possibility
