Service Overview:
The Cloud Connectivity Service is focused on further developing our WAN portfolio. This service ensures comprehensive responsibility for WAN service portfolio elements, including cost control, process definition, stakeholder collaboration, performance monitoring, and strategy development to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Further develop the WAN portfolio with a focus on Cloud Network connectivity.
• Maintain end-to-end responsibility for WAN service portfolio elements of Cloud Network Connectivity.
• Control costs on service elements.
• Define and document service-specific processes, adhering to central guidelines for process design.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service requirements.
• Monitor and analyze service performance, initiating measures to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and custom
